If we have a number of people traveling from certain departure cities — Los Angeles, Orlando, New York, etc., we can usually get a group fare that will be cheaper than a regular fare. Usually the minimum for a group fare is 10 pax, so we aim for at least 12—in the event of cancellations and the group drops below 10, everyone would then have to pay the regular fare.

Angelfish Cruises will be arranging any group fares for travel from Los Angeles to Hawaii for the Hawaii Tour. We will also arrange group airfare from Los Angeles to Seattle or Vancouver for the Alaska Cruise/Tour. However, travel for the 2009 ASAM convention in Newport Beach should be arranged individually if you are planning to stay for the 2009 Baja California (Mexico) cruise.

The sooner we are notified that you plan to go on one of the upcoming tours or cruises, the sooner we can arrange a group fare. Because of today's fast-rising gas prices, airfares are going up just as fast. Once we can arrange a group fare for you, then you should plan to pay the fare promptly—otherwise, the fare may rise again before you arrange payment.
